IBM tablet?

Tablet PCs keep threatening to make a breakthrough, and I'm certainly interested. engadget reports that IBM may be about to launch their first: 'we do know that it’ll basically be a convertible-style of the ThinkPad X40 (pictured at right), which means it’ll probably look just like a regular non-Tablet X40 just with a screen that swivels around and folds down so you can write on it. Oh, and that it might be called the X50.'
